After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be sent via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
